Gayla, and family, I’m so sorry for your loss. I pray God will comfort you with His perfect love and bless you with His loving grace in the days ahead. He was a special one of a kind man who will be greatly missed. You are all in my prayers.

Mr. Clifford loved his family and will be truly missed. He is in a better place looking over all of you until you are reunited. Our family is thinking of yall during this difficult time. I hate I was unable to make it today. Sending love and prayers.

Clifford's Obituary

Clifford Winford Teague, 69 of Stamps, Arkansas passed away Friday, December 19, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loved ones. He was born February 14, 1956, in Lewisville, Arkansas to Clifton and Vaudine Teague. Clifford was a 1976 graduate of Stamps High School and received his associates degree from UACCH. In the words of Clifford Teague, he was a jack of all trades and a master of none.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Robert Teague and one sister, Sarah Higgins.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Gayla Daugherty Teague of Stamps, Arkansas. Two sons, Phillip Teague of Stamps, Arkansas and Bryan Teague (Meredith) of Alvin, Texas. Three daughters, Lori Smith of Weatherford, Texas, Dena Champagne (Michael) of Jackson, Tennessee and Betsy Poole (Jon) of Lewisville, Arkansas. Two sisters, Elaine Estes and Martha Hillburn are both from Stamps, Arkansas. Eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, family and most of all, his best friend and puppy, Jackson.

Memorial Services will be 2P.M. Saturday, December 27, 2025, at the A.O. Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Stamps, Arkansas.

Visitation will be from 1P.M. until 2P.M. Saturday, December 27, 2025, in the Chapel.
