Lois, I am sorry to hear about Billy. Lois, when you came into Billy's life you gave him Love, Your Strength to live many years beyond what the Doctors predicted, a Family which was so precious to him. I was very happy over a year ago that I found Billy . We had fun catching up and remembering the good time that we had growing up. Our Love and Prayers are with you. Rest in peace Billy.

Clyde W. "Bill"'s Obituary

Clyde William “Bill” Pennell II, age 61, of Salem died at 7:25 p.m. Sunday, June 11, 2017 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born May 18, 1956 in Alliance the son of the late Clyde W. Pennell Sr. and Doris (Jordon) Parson. Bill was a packer for American Standard for 22 years. He was protestant by faith and a 1974 graduate of Ravenna Southeast High School. Bill was a loving husband, father and grandfather and a very devoted family man.

 

Survivors include his wife, Lois E. (Lottman) Pennell, whom he married September 27, 1975; a son, Ryan (Megan) Pennell of Powell; 5 brothers, Larry Pennell of Columbiana, Jeff (Kathy) Pennell of Columbiana, Gregory Pennell of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, David (Diana) Pennell of Alliance and Les Pennell of Sebring; a grandson, Carter Pennell; 4 sister-in-laws, Brenda (Mike) Carnal of Centerville, Marsha (Mike) Rozeski of Salem, Cathy Shelton of Salem, and Trudy (Kevin) Cheney of Salem; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.

 

A sister-in-law, Mary Ann Pennell and a brother-in-law, Ray Shelton also preceded him in death.

 

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 15, 2017 at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home with his nephew, Tony Houshour officiating. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Grandview Cemetery.

 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 4500 Rockside Road, Suite 420, Cleveland, Ohio 44131 or Angels for Animals, 4750 West South Range Road, Canfield, Ohio 44406.
