Connie Jo Skates, 84, of Kellogg, died on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at UnityPoint-St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in Our Silent City Cemetery in Kellogg. A memorial fund will be established.
