Corinne S Drahl

Corinne S. Drahl of Berkeley Heights, N.J. passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the age of 95.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 26th from 4-8 PM at Paul Ippolito Berkeley Memorial, 646 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights.  A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 AM on Friday, April 27th at Church of the Little Flower, 310 Plainfield Ave, Berkeley Heights followed by the entombment at St. Mary’s Stony-Hill Mausoleum. Corinne was born in Newark, NJ to Victoria (nee Gentempo) and William Caproni. She was a resident of Berkeley Heights since 1959 and recently Juniper Village in Chatham. Corinne was employed in the accounting department at Oakite Products in Berkeley Heights for 30 years until her retirement. She was a member of the Berkeley Heights Senior Citizens and the Business and Professional Women’s Club in Summit. But, most of all, she was a devoted mother and grandmother.

Corinne is survived by her children: Michael J. Drahl (Maria), William R. Drahl and Francine Alcorn (Andrew). She was the cherished grandmother of: Carmen (Jason), Michael, Tara, Megan (Jeff), Justin (Barbara), William Jr., Corinne (Michael), Andrew Zachary (fiancée Julie) and Benjamin. She is also survived by her great grandchildren: Preston, Kennedy and Andrew Joseph.  Corinne was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael Drahl in 2008 and her siblings: Anthony Caproni (Catherine) and John Caproni (Ann).
