Not sure what to say?

Such a kind and thoughtful friend. I moved from Chicago many years ago but we always found time to keep in touch. Always concerned with others. So many great memories of time spent with Curt and Cheryl. He will be missed by many who knew him.

Little curt was my friend for 48 yrs. He. Had a great witty humor and loved to laugh. My thoughts of him are many , but authentic and kind are a start. I always respected his character and courage to be true to the way he carried his life . He knew his flaws and never paraded his strengths. He always spoke of his hero the baber/ his dad. He was close to his brothers and loved there children . This he shared . For those that don’t know. I talked to him every day. We were big Kurt / little...

Curt I will surly miss your holidays call. You show me what being jolly was with your forever smile. It’s okay God knows what’s best for us. One day we will meet again.

Special lovable man
Fabulous friend
Bright guy
Wicked funny
Always laughing
Friendly & warm-hearted
Miss him terribly

Curt truly was always one of the nice guys! Gone too soon. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones!

Curt truly became one of our family. He was an endless source of support and help to all of us, but especially to my Mom. He was a great friend and I was comforted knowing that he was always here for my Mom, and really for my Daughter and I too!
I will miss our talks and his tormenting game of "who sang this song and what year?" I will miss our shared similar sense humor and laughing over the dumbest things until we had tears!
Rest in peace Curt. We love you so much and miss you so...

While serving as Pastor at North Park Covenant Church I got to know the Erickson family and walked with them in their journey. Learning of Curt’s death was indeed unexpected. Our phone calls were always a good reminder of our mutual hopes and needs. My sympathy to Brad and the extended family. Peace be to his memory.

Curt was a really nice guy in school. He grew up to be a good man. I know he will be missed. May he rest in peace.

Curt has been my friend since Palmer grade school days. Among his many fine qualities, the one that stands out to me is helpfulness. Whenever, whatever the situation, he was there to lend a helping hand. Our loss has become Heaven's gain. Curt had a favorite toasting phrase. So I say to my friend, "chin, chin, Curt I will greatly miss you.
Thank you for being a wonderful friend.
