My deepest sympathy for the family. I met Cynthia years ago and it has been a long time since I have seen her however, she was one of those people that you never forget. She was such a sweet person to me always. My prayers for the family.

Cynthia Pullin Figueroa, 59, of Wichita Falls passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2024.
The family will receive friends between 6 and 8 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024 in the chapel of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2024 at Byers Riverside Cemetery in Byers, Texas with Pastor Mike Rucker, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
Cynthia was born on April 13, 1965 to Franklin D. and Joyce June (Mills) Pullin in Wichita Falls. She graduated from Petrolia High School and furthered her education at Midwestern State University. Cynthia owned several businesses in Wichita Falls over the years including Tootie’s and Bubbalu’s. She and her husband, Mark owned Wholly Frijoles Restaurant in Petrolia and she worked for the Sheriff’s Department. Cynthia’s little dog “Peanut” was the light of her life, and she enjoyed tending her yard and her houseplants. Cynthia loved camping, fishing, playing “Texas hold’ em” poker, and driving stock cars. Also, spending time with her pets. Cynthia served on the board for “Meals on Wheels” at the Petrolia Senior Citizens Center. Cynthia was a special woman that cared for everyone, she never met a stranger. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Mark Figueroa.
She is survived by her son, Antonio Robledo Jr.; her stepdaughters, Denise and Vanessa; her two brothers, Donnie Pullin and wife, Patsy and Ronnie Pullin and wife, Ginger; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
The family would like to thank the first responders, law enforcement and support personnel for the love and care of Cynthia.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations may be made to the Petrolia Senior Citizens Center Meals on Wheels program 111 North Prairie Av. Petrolia, Texas 76377.
