Not sure what to say?

I knew Dale years back. Back then he had a very calm demeanor to the point of indifference, if you didn't know any better.
He was an Army Corporal specialist in artillery at a very young age. After discharge from the army, Dale Worked several years in a Detroit collision shop owned by his father. Found his artistic talent in custom paint jobs for automobiles. Then moved to redesigning corvettes, other fiberglass vehicles. He used lace to custom paint a band around the trunk area...

There Were These Three Summers, in a row, (it was after i was a little older, in my teens, but before i started high school) he would pick me up from my moms. hand me a map. "okay we have $300 dollars and a full tank of gas. where we going?" so the first place i pointed at was Sleepy Bear Dunes. and then to the iron mines in iron Mountain. and we camped out in all the places one could along Michigan west coast. the 2nd trip we started at the campgrounds in one of the Indian Reservation sites...

Dale's Obituary

TEASLEY, Dale H.; of Waterford; born February 15th, 1949, in Detroit, MI to the late Glen and Florence Teasley; passed away peacefully at home on July 16th, 2025, at the age of 76. Loving husband of Margaret “Peg” Stanger-Teasley; beloved father of Brandon Teasley; dear brother of Janice Teagarden of Birmingham, MI, Susan McGrath of FL, and Karen Bailey of FL.

Dale was a military veteran serving in the Army in Germany. He was the happiest behind the wheel of his classic car, especially during the “Dream Cruise” or at deer camp in Rose city with the guys in the fall. An all-around outdoors person, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and sailing on the Great Lakes. His talents and skills were many, working in auto and boat restoration for most of his career. “The garage” being his favorite room in the house.

In lieu of flowers, planting a tree in his name or a donation to Trinity Hospice of Pontiac would honor him the most.

Please consider leaving a memory or condolence on Dale's online guestbook below.
