So sorry to hear about classmate Daniel. He was happy and fun in school. He looks the same except for the few gray hairs. Sounds like he enjoyed his life and I’m sorry I didn’t get to see him at our class reunions. Love and prayers to his family.

Daniel Lawrence Bush, 74, of Leroy, died February 12, 2026, at his home, after an extended illness.
He was born September 18, 1951, at Spencer, the son of the late Cecil Daniel and Wanda Lee Williams Bush.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jeanette Brumbaugh; nephew, Ian Carper.
Survivors include his wife, Tona L. Holliday Bush of Leroy; son, Bryan Daniel (Holly Brook) Bush; grandchildren, Jayce Bryer Bush and Brooklynn Leann Bush; sisters, Cecilia Carper of Amma and Tywanna Conner of Prosperity, S.C.; brother, Tommy Bush of East Point, Ga.; several nieces and nephews.
Daniel was a true West Virginia man who loved to hunt and spend time in the outdoors. He was a devoted family man and truly shined as a grandfather, taking great pride in the time he spent with his grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is assisting the family with arrangements.
