Daniel George Grandon Sr., age 73, of Canehill, Arkansas, passed away Sunday, August 24, 2025, at Washington Regional Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Born on July 26, 1952, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, to Raymond Arthur and Marjorie Louise (Hamm) Nitzsche. Daniel was united in marriage on April 1, 1995, to Dawn Little in Heber Springs, Arkansas. Daniel was passionate about fishing, hunting, boating, and spending time by the water. He had a special bond with his beloved pets DeeDee, Poppy, Sadie, and Maggie. Daniel took great pride in working on projects and was a loyal supporter of the Razorbacks.
Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer Grandon of Fayetteville, Arkansas: six sons, Raymond D. Grandon of Canehill, Arkansas, James Grandon of North Litte Rock, Arkansas, Mathew Grandon of Fayetteville, Arkansas, John Grandon of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Enrico Denza of Searcy, Arkansas, and Clint Denza of Virginia;13 grandchildren, Hunter, Hailey, Hannah, Gracie, Anna, Olivia, Daniel III, Samantha, Enrico Jr., Bryant, Max, Jack, and Kingston; seven great grandchildren; one brother Raymond Arthur Grandon.
Daniel was preceded in death by one son Daniel Jr., four sisters, Marsha, Carol, Cheryl, and Lynn, two brothers, Bill and Jim.
