Daniel's Obituary

Daniel D. Stephenson

Age 21, of Dellroy, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, August 5, 2025 after a 10 month battle with cancer. Daniel was born March 18, 2004 in Canton to David and Tonia (Vance) Stephenson of Dellroy.  In addition to his parents, he was an amazing brother to siblings Ella and Walker.

He is survived by his loving grandparents, Jack and Jody Stephenson of Dellroy, and preceded in death by his wonderful grandparents, Jim and Mary Vance of Carrollton.

Daniel graduated from Carrollton High School in 2022. Daniel began his career with Utz chips where he enjoyed meeting new people and planned to buy his own route.

Daniel was thoughtful, caring, funny and helpful. He loved deeply and gave generously. In his spare time he loved riding ATV’s fixing up cars and trucks, listening to music, enjoying our pets, watching funny Tik Tok’s and combing Facebook Marketplace for a deal. He was always happy, pleasant and kind.

At a young age he made a huge impact in this world to those that knew him. His love will continue to live on in the lives he touched and the family that he held so close.

Following cremation, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Those wishing to send condolences may sign the online register at www.gotschallfuneralhome.com.
