Darryl Owen Gombert, 83 years old of Lyndhurst New Jersey passed away peacefully on December 16, 2024. He is predeceased by his wife Marie Gombert, his mother Anna and father Horace and two brothers Rodney and Kenneth. He is survived by his daughter Christina, grandson Michael and ex son in law Michael and his lovely wife Bernadette. Darryl was born in Parryville PA and went on to join the Air Force in 1960 until 1964 when he met his future wife Marie and mother to their daughter Christina. They moved to Rutherford New Jersey where he started his own Civil Engineering business. He was an avid Arabian and Racehorse owner which stemmed from his childhood. Although he had endured many sicknesses and hardships he refused to let them beat him. He will be sorely missed but always in our hearts.
