Not sure what to say?

Darryl saved me from being laid off by Raytheon as I had worked 27 years for Hughes Aircraft Company and was very grateful to him for saving my life. God blessed him tremendously as He should have. Bye Darryl. I'll see you in Heaven Love Debbie

It´s still makes me sad that we don´t get to talk about "work and concerts". Oh what a-lot of years and fun! Can´t believe it´s been 5 years? Nancy Jo

DJ, a fun loving personality, trusting coworker, and a dear friend. You were "one of a kind" and I still miss you. Oh what fun we had at Hughes! Always remembered and never forgotten.

The memories of you and our Hughes good times and challenging times, will last forever.

I'm so sad to hear this 6 months later I lost contact with him in Jan. He was a very dear friend and rest assure I will never forget him and all his kindness he gave to me and my family.
RIP Mr. Johnson
Your friend Nona Perry.

I am so sad to learn that my fellow credit union advocate, Lakers and UCLA supporter is no longer with us. Darryl was so noble and kind, a true gentleman. He loved his country, community, his family and friends - a true hero in so many ways.
I'm so sorry I didn't know about his passing, sending love and prayers for all who had the privilege to know him. I will be cheering for both of us at our Bruin home games...Godspeed kind gent!
I will miss you!!

I am deeply saddened by the news of Darryl's passing. A classmate at SAHS in our sophomore & junior years, he is one of those who made a lasting impression with his charm, inspirational and positive attitude, good looks, and leadership. I am not surprised he accomplished so much during his lifetime and always felt honored by knowing and being in the company of Darryl Johnson. God bless him and those who loved and cared for him.

Will truly miss him (and our yearly Christmas messages). A wonderful friend for all these years. All that Pat says and more! Very SAD.

SuccessTo laugh and love much;To win the respect of intelligent personsAnd the affection of children; To earn the approbation of honest criticsAnd to endure the betrayal of false frineds; To appreciate beauty; To find the best in othersTo give one’s selfTo leave the world a little better,Whether by a healthy child,A garden patchOr a redeemed social condition; To have played and laughed with enthusiasmAnd sung with exultation; To know that even one life has breathed easierBecause you have lived-This is to have succeeded.                         -Ralph Waldo Emerson
