We are so saddened to learn of David's passing. Working with David over the past decade in mining permitting and other environmental reporting needs of the mine, was always a pleasure. I was surprised and saddened to hear that David had passed. He was a good classmate, teammate, and friend. Even though years and decades may pass without seeing each other, friendship persists. I was fortunate to see David in September and catch up with him. It was obvious he had a good and full filling life.
