Not sure what to say?

I knew Dave from Sacred Heart Camp Washington, also from Roger Bacon days. He was great help for our family with real estate and home.

David was a great man. I knew him the last 7 yrs. + of his life. He was always smiling, great conversations with him and help my husband and I with kitchen appliances when ours went out. Be forever grateful for him helping us out. RIP David❤❤❤

Dave was a real estate partner with my dad. I remember him as a very friendly and great guy. May he rest with the Lord in great peace and joy enjoying his heavenly reward.

David's Obituary

David E. Biederman passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at the age of 86. He was born to the late Gladys E. (nee Ridder) and Edward A. Biederman on May 22, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dave was the Loving godfather of Lori (Joe) Geraci and Jeff (Elizabeth) Jaeger, devoted foster parent and friend of Danny David Yazell (Rhonda) and the late Arthur Edward Guard (Teresa); brother of Donald Biederman; and treasured colleague of Mark Schwab (Ellen).

Dave dedicated his life to the service of others. He proudly served the city as an officer with the Cincinnati Police Department for 25 years.

Another career, that Dave excelled at for over 50 years, was as a Real Estate agent, then broker.  He helped countless families find their homes, guiding them with integrity and a warm smile. Dave was also a dedicated health enthusiast. He could often be found at his local gym staying active and inspiring others.

Above all, Dave was a man of profound generosity. He opened his heart and home as a foster parent, providing a safe space for 22 children as they awaited their forever families. Some stayed a short while, others for much longer, but each one was touched by his kindness and support. His legacy of quiet strength, compassion, and dedication to his community will be remembered forever.

Gathering in his honor will take place on Friday, October 24th from 12:00 pm until the time of Funeral Service at 12:30 pm at Mihovk-Rosenacker Funeral Home, 5527 Cheviot Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio 45247. Entombment will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Roger Bacon High School.
