Not sure what to say?

There are some people who come into your life and leave such a deep imprint that you carry them with you, always. For me, that person was Dave.

He wasn’t just my boss — he was a mentor, a protector, and, in many ways, a father figure. Through the good times and the bad, Dave stood by me. And not just me — he looked out for my kids, too. His support was never just about work. It was about life. He showed up with quiet strength, endless generosity, and a heart big enough to hold...

Heartfelt Condolences, to Mr. Cwik's Family. He was always smiling, happy & so very helpful. He was a great lawyer & friend. I would love to say his Country Gals/ Girls will miss him, but we lost Mom just days of Mr. Cwiks passing.
Thank you Mr.Cwik for your help & friendship all these yrs. You will be missed!

David was an absolute pleasure to work for as his court reporter. He will be missed but I will always have him in my heart and will never forget the time I spent with him on May 20th at his very last deposition. We had great conversation, shared stories, and even promised a prayer for healing. We all know he is now with the Lord and will greet all of us when our time arrives. That's simply the kind of man he is.

Katie Millar and Judy Kasmer-Millar will be in Minnesota this weekend. We send hugs of support to all.

Dave was my attorney and friend for 35 years. He helped my family and I on a lot of things. Dave always treated me like a friend and always had time for me. Even when I moved to Tinley Park he stayed as my attorney and I would stop by and visit him on North ave or give him a call. Our condolences to his family and May eternal rest grant unto him O’Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. See you up there one day Dave

Dave was a young lawyer and I had just left the CPD and started an Investigation Company.
We clicked right away and were on the same page most of the time. Dave recommended me to his lawyer and I sent him a case now and then. Dave loved to have lunch and enjoyed life. Talked about his kids and you could tell he adored them.
I just found out about his death. I'll never forget the help he gave me but better than anything the friendship we shared. Kids be proud of your dad "HE WAS THE...

Heartfelt and prayerful condolences from the Chicago Police Chaplains. Dave will be remembered at the next Police Mass.

In the meantime, may family and friends know the healing touch of our all-loving, all-merciful God! [Police Chaplains Ministry: www.ChicagoPCM.org or 312/738-7588]

David was much more than just someone that he called upon to cook his favorite foods (often times short ribs) or even for me, more than a friend. In fact David would say, “you’re not my friend. You’re my brother.” He was my mentor. He was someone I admired. I miss him dearly. They’re will never be another one like him. I’m glad to have the many memories. I hope that I can live the rest of my life with just a touch of the generosity and kindness in spirit and action that he showed me over the...

I have no words ..too sad.
