I just was made aware of Dave's passing. Very Sorry to hear about it. I knew Dave well in High school and when we were freshman, Gary Wilkinson, Dave, and myself would play countless hours of ping pong at Gary's house during lunch hour and the weekends. we were competitive but had a lot of fun together, and Dave usually beat me. I knew Dave for over 4 decades. He would spend sleep over at our house while taking his apprenticeship classes at Mott while working 7 days a week. Rita and I will sorely miss him and his humorous nature.

So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I knew him for over 45 years. Both of our father's, who also worked at Buick, knew each other as well. We were in the electrical apprentice program together where we spent many hours talking and planning our lives (and social outings). My deepest sympathies go out to you Marilyn, and your family.

I have worked with Dave for many years. Good guy. So very sorry for your loss.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Hoerauf but I feel like I knew him through so many awesome stories and memories that Eric has shared with us, over the years. Eric's family is our family so our hearts hurt too. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help besides be there for the healing process.
