David Brent McCarty

David was a good man. Very dedicated to his faith, his community, his work, friends and family. He is whole again no more suffering. He is walking the streets of Gold with no pain. May he rest in peace. Prayers for Donna and his children and all the family.

Donna, Mac & Bunny - I'm so sorry about the loss of Mr. David. He always made sure "us kids" had a place at the table and I will forever be grateful for his hospitality. His love of our Longhorns and passion for politics - he was one of the last Yellow Dog Democrats - was legendary and I will miss getting those texts or FB messages from him. My life is richer for having him, and your family, in it. He will be missed.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. McCarty several times when he had physical therapy and he was so sweet and kept me laughing the whole time. I feel blessed to have known him. My deepest condolences to his family. I know he will be missed.

a friend of David. He welcomed me into his home and treated me like one of his own. I’ll miss our talks about football and life. Slainte David!
