David Keith Neutzling

David Keith Neutzling, 72, of Rutland, OH, passed away February 9, 2026, at his home following an extended illness. 

He was born June 4, 1953, in Mason, WV, a son of the late Bernard Charles and Madeline (Young) Neutzling. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters Mary Hood and Connie Hollis.

He was a United States Army veteran, a coal miner and was a member of the United Mine Workers Association, Stewart-Johnson V.F.W. Post # 9926 Mason, WV, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles # 2171 Pomeroy, OH. He enjoyed fishing and gardening.

Survivors include his brothers, Charles Neutzling of Rutland, OH, Edwin Neutzling of Minersville, OH, and Bernard Neutzling of Mason, WV; sister, Vicki Ashton of Middleport, OH.; and special friend, William Gloyd.

Graveside service will be Saturday, February 14, 2026, in Lone Oak Cemetery, Point Pleasant, WV with Pastor Alan Blackwood officiating and military rites provided. Visitation will be from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. Saturday at Foglesong Funeral Home, Mason, WV. A procession will leave the funeral home at 1:30 for the graveside at Lone Oak Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations to be made to Foglesong Funeral Home.
