David will be missed in the community. He was very supportive of the Martin Luther King, Jr Scholarship Committee and many organizations. We worked together in the MLK Scholarship Committee and Bastrop YMCA. We became friends and I will greatly miss him. He is my heart forever. Libby, Stella and I are here for you. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and family. God Bless

Libby and Sarah,
I was and still am so sorry to hear about David's sudden passing. Every time I saw him, he was so sweet, kind, personable, hospitable and I could go on... I know this leaves a big hole that will never be filled. I pray that your memories and experiences will sustain you and the rest of David's family and friends.
Fondly,
Caroline
