Deanna, David and Kristin and families
My deepest condolences for your loss. Your Dad was such a strong fixture in our Delta st neighborhood. It was really our parents who made delta st such an amazing neighborhood for us kids to grow up. Your Dad always lent a helping hand to the neighbors and I’ll always fondly remember him helping my Dad with so many projects including our swimming pool. Rest in peace Mr.Semenas.

I lived four houses down from David on Meier Road in Roseville. We were altar boys and schoolmates at Sacred Heart Church and school. Friends for 80+ years. I talked to him on the phone few days ago when he was in hospital. Great guy! I will miss him. Sincere condolences to his family and friends. With many prayers and memories. God bless him and bring him to his heavenly reward. Roger and Joan Depue

Dave and Judy have been my neighbors on Sudgen Lake for many years. I grew up with Kristen and Diana and my daughter grew up with Kristen’s children so it’s been many of years of knowing Dave. He was a great guy always nice to talk to and have a beer with. He is very friendly with all the neighbors in his later years, he drove his golf cart around the street and said hi to everybody. They were good neighbors. They will be missed rest in peace. You too. You’re together once again.

Our sympathies and prayers are with all of you. We will Remember the good times with your folks on the lake. Hold all those cherished memories in your hearts.

Thoughts and prayers for your family.
