David E. Sensinger

In a family replete with unusual characters, Dave always stood out to me. You could not overlook him at our extended family, gatherings, and picnics. My earliest memory of him is of watching. him snatching piping hot corn on the cob out of the boiling kettle with his bare fingers on his cousin (my aunt) Lillian's stove at one of those memorable family picnics at Highland Park. I know he was a pillar of strength for his family. May the peace of Christ be with them through this painful time.

Dave may you Rest in Peace. It was a pleasure to know you.

What I remember most when I think of David was his laugh, and how his voice filled a room! May the peace of God fill all our hearts until we meet again.

Mr. Sensinger was a wonderful man and I have many fond memories of him as a Cub Scout pack leader for me throughout my childhood. He will be missed greatly and I am sorry for your loss.

If age 10 he did not actually HOLD Baby Cousin Paul in his arms--Dave was right there, grinning in the doorway. By age 12, see how much closer (and taller) he'd gotten. See what pleasure his Goofy Grin brought to his Little Buddy in the high chair. There are later pictures from holiday meals of me "laughing my head off" when Dave said something memorable. These phrases entered Family Lore forever: "Turkey!" "Put it right here!" "Where's Johnny Myers?" Dave was always THERE for his young...

Ronnie and Mark and Holly - we’re so sorry to hear this. We had many connections with your Dad (and Mom). He was a good servant to so many organizations! You have our sympathies!
