Not sure what to say?

Please watch over our boy- show a sign that you are with him on his special days and on the hard days may he know that you are always by his side. I will never let him forget the love and pride you had for him. Keep the heavens laughing!

Oh, David, I still can't believe you have left us. It's been 10 days and it just doesn't feel real. We are all completely heartbroken. There is such a void now that is hard to manage some days. I find myself crying at different intervals during the day / night and I hear Steve doing the same. We are simply crushed. I miss you my brother and I love you so much. I know you are with Mom now and watching over us and I will get some peace in that. We wish we had more time with you but that...

Gone to soon! Steve and Nancy, I am so sorry for the sudden passing of your brother. Hold onto each other and your memories of David. I always loved seeing all three of you together. Holding you close in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time!

God bless you my beloved son.rest in peace.Your loving father.

I had the good luck to randomly pick a seat next to David at Romano’s a few summers ago, and being the guy he was, he struck up a friendly conversation with me and we soon realized we had a lot in common and became good friends. We got the chance to work together for a short time as well, and it was obvious David had a real passion for what he did and was tremendously skilled. I’m grateful for the things he taught me and even more so for all the good times and laughs we shared. I wish we’d...

David, my brother and best friend. I can’t imagine life without you but now I must. These past 60 years have been quite a journey and I feel blessed for what we had. Still I am selfish and wish we had more time. From the time since we were kids sharing a bedroom together, always competing against each other in whatever sport we we’re playing , to witnessing the love and pride you felt for your two children Gianna and Benera and watching them grow up, to the last few years with you, Nancy...

Dave, what can I say? I will always cherish our time together. You made some lasting memories for me when we worked together at Hannaford and playing softball and of course golfing. You introduced me to your family when I had no one in the area. It speaks volumes of your kindness. You were a great family man and I will never forget our times together brother. Rest in Peace pal.

Nancy, I was so shocked to find out your brother passed away! God bless you David❤

As a fellow Shaw’s associate, our paths crossed throughout the years. I always appreciated his work ethic and his desire to do what was right for the business. I also had the pleasure of working with his brother, Steve, many years ago.
