Dear BJ, Grace, Amy and Mercedes, I am so sorry for your loss. I wish I had known David as I'm sure he was a wonderful son, brother, father and friend to many. Sending prayers and sympathy from the bottom of my heart.

A cute, sweet little boy grew up to be a gentle, kind man gone much too soon. My deepest sympathy to the whole family and especially to my old friend, Bette Jo. No mother should have to endure the death of a child at any age. I’m so sorry.

I just want to say I will never forget the childhood I had with the family we ran that block or should I say sidewalk

Sorry, I just found out today that David had passed away. I knew David from the gym and he was always a kind good humor guy who loved what he did for work. That was because he was able to help persons that needed medical services. I did David taxes for the past 3 years and it was always a pleasure to see him there and at the gym. He was such a great guy and friend. He will truly be missed.

Dave was a great guy he will be missed so sorry for your loss.

So, so sorry to see this news in the paper this morning. Such sad news. Take care Bette Jo, Grace and Amy. You are in my thoughts. I will miss seeing David around downtown.

I met Dave when he joined Sertoma Club several years ago. He was always interesting to talk with, and came out to our service projects and fundraising activities. Our sympathies to his family.
