Dawn was such a special young lady. Her smile lit up every room—there was truly no one like her. I only wish I could have been a bigger part of her life. She was taken from us far too soon. Sending all my love during this difficult time. May her beautiful spirit live on through her children.

What can I say, I am so heartbroken. I have so my many wonderful memories of her. She was such a sweetheart with a smile that was very contagious. Dawn was very special to me. I will miss our talks. Even when she was not feeling good, she was always making sure to ask how you were doing or ask about others.

wife of Jeff; mother of Kayla and Wesley Brandenburg; stepmother of Violet Martin; daughter of Hugh (JoAnna) Ward, the late Phylis (Bradley) Bloodworth and Candi Mintz; daughter in law of Carol Martin and Jeffrey John Martin Sr.; sister of Angela (Sean) Morales, Kelly Newton, Jim (Traci) Allen, Shannon (Tom) Benger-Quinn and Bill Benger; preceded in death by her dear grandparents, Juanita and Hubert Ward.
Dawn graduated from Walled Lake Central High School and enjoyed working for Advance Packaging Technologies. She was selfless and devoted to caring for family.
Friends may visit Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston on Thursday, August 7th from 5:00pm-8:00pm.
Funeral Service Friday, August 8th at 10:00am at Lewis E. Wint & Son Funeral Home, Clarkston.
