Deana Marie McGarraugh, 88, of Perryton, Texas passed away February 14, 2026 in Amarillo, Texas. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Community Worship Center in Perryton, Texas.
Deana was born over the old drug store, in Perryton on August 15, 1937, to Dean and Irene McLarty.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Warren Eugene McGarraugh.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Cynthia & Jesse Argenbright, Robin & Linda McGarraugh all of Perryton; grandchildren, Mart & Natalie Wagner, Britni & Jake Lamance all of Perryton; great-grandchildren, Kinley, Kade, Mason, Jameson, Brynlie & Wrigntly.
Together she & her husband, Warren built a successful oil & gas business in Perryton. Upon retirement they purchased a charter fishing boat “Kate” in Kona, Hawaii and they spent the completion of their marriage basking in the sound of waves crashing and watching many sunsets dip into the horizon. She leaves behind them a legacy of love and joy.
