Dearl Eugene Lingle, 86 years old, was born to Attis Milton and Pearl Levada (McKinney) Lingle on September 8, 1938, in Tuttle, Oklahoma. He went to be with his Lord on October 12, 2024, at his home in Cyril.
Dearl is survived by his wife, Isabell; daughters, Shelly and husband Chester Coleman of Blanchard and Sheila and her husband Kenny Idle of Minco, Theresa and Woody Housley of Ft. Gibson, Renae and Tim Nail of Blanchard, Terry Stewart of Cyril, John and Michelle Stewart and Cameron of Cyril and a host of grandkids and great grandkids.
He graduated from Tuttle High School in 1957. He enjoyed playing sports and singing in the Glee Club.
Dearl joined the Army National Guard on August 30, 1961. His basic training was at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. He was an expert marksman with the M1 rifle. He was honorably discharged on August 29, 1967. Dearl married JoAnn Weatherford in August of 1964. They had two girls, Shelly and Sheila.
Dearl worked many jobs in his younger years. He worked for Continental Airlines in the freight department. He retired from there on September 15, 2000. He married Shirley Grundy in 1985 until her death in 2003.
Dearl married Isabell Stewart on June 6, 2004. He joined the Midway Baptist Church and became an active member.
He enjoyed anything outdoors. He loved animals, especially his dogs and horses, going on trail rides, hunting, fishing, and chasing coyotes. He enjoyed talking to people all over the world on his CB radio.
The family has a memorial service scheduled for 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at the Midway Baptist Church in Cyril. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
