Deborah A. Eberwein passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. She was born on July 27, 1954, at Deaconess Hospital in St. Louis City, near Forest Park.
Debbie was the beloved daughter of the late Orland and Melba Eberwein and the loving sister of Diane Eberwein. She was also a dear cousin and a cherished friend to many.
She attended St. John’s Lutheran School for her elementary education and graduated from Lafayette High School. Later, she pursued her passion for beauty at cosmetology school in Kirkwood, earning her license as a professional beautician. Debbie also spent time bartending, a role she truly enjoyed for the connection and laughter it brought her.
A lover of music and dancing, Debbie especially adored disco and was fondly known as the “Disco Lady.” Her joy for life shone brightest on the dance floor. She was also deeply devoted to her faith and was a longtime member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ellisville.
Debbie and her sister, Diane, shared an unbreakable bond. A perfect balance of opposites, complementing each other like yin and yang. Debbie’s grounded and logical nature paired seamlessly with Diane’s spontaneity. She was known for her warmth, kindness, and ability to make everyone around her feel valued and loved.
Debbie’s light, laughter, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
Services: A visitation will be held at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, MO 63011 on Monday, October 13, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. A graveside will follow in St. John's United Church of Christ Cemetery in Chesterfield starting at 12:30 p.m. Please share memories of Debbie and condolences with the family in the online guestbook at Schrader.com.
