Deborah Ann Epperson, aged 67, a lifelong resident of Leonard, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2025, in Greenville, Texas. Born on March 7, 1958, in Leonard, to Bobby and Shirley Miller.
Deborah, known for her carefree spirit and high-spirited personality, was cherished dearly by her family and friends. Her infectious laughter and outgoing nature made her a delight to be around, and she never missed an opportunity to share a warm smile or a kind word.
A true Texan at heart, Deborah relished the simple pleasures of life. Her favorite drink, a chilled Dr. Pepper, was a testament to her Texan roots and her fondness for the familiar comforts of home. She often remarked that nothing quite compared to the sweet, fizzy taste of her beloved beverage. She also loved sunflowers for their ability to grow wild and free.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Shirley Miller, brother, Charlie Miller, grandsons, Jason Epperson, Cody Epperson, Jessie Gonzalez, and son in law, Juan Gonzalez.
Survivors are, daughter, Angela Gonzalez and significant other Jason Creed, son Jerry Epperson and wife Tashauna, grandchildren, Jasmine Price (Ronnie), Hailey Epperson, Haiden Epperson, Brittany Gonzalez, Jose Gonzalez, Tony Gonzalez, Morgan Creed, great-grandchildren, Xzyuars Gonzalez, Allyia Gonzalez, Derrion Gonzalez, and Zoella Price. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
