I am just seeing Debra passed away. She was a loving spirited soul. Every time I spoke with her she always had a kind word and uplifted my day. May she be at rest and pain free with Jesus❤❤

Debra's Obituary

Debra Lee Robertson, 68, of Windthorst, Texas passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024.

The family will receive friends between 2 and 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls. Interment will be in Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Vashti, Texas under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.

Debra was born on October 18, 1955 to the late Billy and Jonel (Anderson) Brawley in Oakland, California. She met Keith Robertson and the couple married on April 4, 1976 and have been together for over 50 years. She loved animals, her horse, “Perty” and her three dogs, “Socks”, “Lady girl” and “Bosco”. Debra was a woman of faith. She loved living under the stars in the country, being outdoors especially in the spring, planting flowers and watching the birds and butterflies. She enjoyed fishing with her grandchildren, and even cooking dinner after a long day. Debra was very determined to get things done and get it done her way. She always had words of wisdom for others either on the phone or someone visiting her out in the country. Debra will be missed by many family and friends.

Along with her parents, Debra is preceded in death by a daughter, Rita Veitenheimer; son-in-law, Scott Chunn; and a grandson, Christopher Veitenheimer.

Debra is survived by her husband, Keith Robertson; three daughters, Shauna and partner, Amanda Crow, Regina, and Sheri and partner, Matthew Robertson; eight grandchildren, Ashley Rater, Cameron Robertson, Steven Veitenheimer, Larry Werner, Destanee Werner, Alex Crow, Dalton Robertson and Jake Robertson; and five great-grandchildren.
