Dee was born on May 3, 1961 in Chipley, Florida to Paul J. Lewis and Jackie (Long) Lewis. She was preceded in death by her father: Paul J. Lewis. She is survived by her mother Jackie Lewis of Bonifay, Florida; two daughters: Jennifer Jones of Bonifay, Florida, and Charity Jones of Dothan, Alabama; two brothers: Joey Lewis of Baker, Florida, and Kevin Lewis and wife Teresa of Claremore, Oklahoma; and one granddaughter: Janiya Nettles of Bonifay, Florida. Memorial services will be held 3p.m Sunday March 22, 2015 at Poplar Head Independent Baptist Church with Rev. James Pate officiating. Obert Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
