Delbert Humphries

Delbert was my brother in law. Marries to my sister Rhonda for 25 years.
Delbert didn't know a stranger. He made friends everywhere he went.
He helped to organize breast cancer events to raise awareness and money.
Though we didn't talk much over the last few years, life got in the way, I truly hope he knew I loved him and looked up to him.
