Bonnie and family me and my wife Sylvia would like to express are condolences. I First met Dennis in 1968 in Richmond Virginia me and my oldest brother Doc Harkrader were lineman for him on building the 500,000 KV Transmission line he was a great man to work for we had sometimes on building that line .
