What a great neighbor and an excellent superintendent for our school district #252. We missed him and Eddie Mae when they moved off Mill Street and he will sincerely be missed now.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always. Parkinson's is a difficult disease.

We were very saddened by the news that Dennis had passed away. It made us think back on the short time we were neighbors when living on Peyton Street, and of the enjoyable conversations we had when meeting. We know his loss grieves a great many, and wanted to express our sympathy to all who loved him. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I was a teacher at Olpe High when Dennis was superintendent of USD 252. What a great personality he had, always positive, and so upbeat to hear the good news I had received about my teaching. He was quick to congratulate me for an award I had received when he was there, and made an extra effort to visit me and my students in my classroom. May you be comforted that many had such high regard for him.
