Dewey Wayne Hamm

Dewey Wayne Hamm age 65 of Independence, Virginia passed away Sunday, August 10, 2025 at  his home.

Dewey was born in Elk Creek, Virginia on December 22, 1959 to Ertie Garvie and Nancy Elvira Osborne Hamm. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Kay Coale Hamm and one sister.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Becki and Anthony Hinegardner of Darlington, Maryland; two grandchildren Elijah and Isaac Hinegardner of Darlington, Maryland; one sister and one brother; several nieces and nephews.

There will be no visitation or services held for Dewey.
