DeWitt was a kind gentle man. I have always been amused at how identical DeWitt and Levi were. Always dressed alike down to the shoes and belt. They had the exact posture and many times walk in time with each other. Arts and crafts were a hobby to them. Many times they would come into Baell´s and ask me to order more popsicle stick for them complete their craft projects. I once heard it said the best legacy a man could leave was to have people say he was a good man. DeWitt was a good man! ...
