It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Diane Perez-Collvins of Harlingen, Texas, on May 29, 2024, at age 53 years.
Left behind to cherish her loving memory are her parents, Ramiro and Josie E. Perez; children, Alexia and Sasha Chaples; siblings, Randel Perez, Erika Rodriguez (Rodrigo), Karly Perez; paternal grandfather, Patricio Perez; several nieces and nephews, aunts, Gloria Montalvo, Norma Tamez, Olga Estrada, Lolly Salinas, Jovita Garcia.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Collvins; parental grandmother, Vicenta Perez; maternal grandparents, Leocadio and Maria Estrada.
Diane was physically disabled since birth but always maintained a positive outlook on life. She was a born again Christian and had a strong faith in Jesus Christ. Diane always brought joy and happiness to her family and will be deeply missed.
Diane was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew her. Her vibrant spirit and loving nature will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
A viewing will be held on Monday, June 3, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with memorial services commencing at 7:00 PM at Trinity Funeral Home.
We invite all who knew Diane to join us in celebrating her life and the indelible mark she left on our hearts.
As per Diane Collvins wishes cremation will follow.
