Dear Carol and Greg,
We're sorry to hear of your loss. Our thoughts and sympathy are with you and your family.
Sincerely,
Larry and Linda

Thoughts and prayers go out to the family now.
Remembering Diane is easy, as mom Iree 's memories are tied to my years spent growing up with Anne, running in and out of home, eating cheeseburgers and pound cake after horse shows, having Diane as "older" sister as chaperone or baby sitter.
Her big heart and dedication to family will be remembered.
Hugs to Anne, John, and the MacGeorge family
Susan (Golis) Eble and Lou Eble

George I am very sorry to read about the passing of Diane. We haven’t seen each other for many years but I think of the people from Montrose frequently. May Diane’s soul rest in peace.

Diane Iree (Dean) MacGeorge, 80, of Montrose, PA passed away on August 30, 2025 at Endless Mountains Health Systems, Montrose, PA. She was born October 25, 1944 in Birmingham, Alabama, daughter of the late Attorney Robert G and M Iree (Sparks) Dean.

Diane is survived by her husband George McGeorge of 59 years, married July 4,1966 in Montrose, PA. George tirelessly cared for Diane at home up until her hospital stay. Diane graduated from Montrose Area High School in 1962, attended Goldey-Beacom School of Business in Wilmington, DE, and worked till retirement as a legal secretary and title searcher for her father and brother’s law firm in Montrose.

Diane had a very special bond with her son Clark and they loved to be on the go taking day trips, shopping, and going out to eat. Over the years Diane also enjoyed reading, crafts, and traveling with George to Virginia and Tennessee to visit their dear friends the Knotts and Normans.

Diane loved her family and will be deeply missed by all of us.

The family would like to thank the entire staff of Endless Mountain Health Systems for the extraordinary care they gave Diane during her stay and passing. The care and compassion was above and beyond not just to Diane but also the family during this very difficult time.
