Back in the 70's, met Don when he began dating Becky. Remembering the days when Clayton & my son, Trav were born just a couple of weeks apart in 1980. We attended each other's weddings. Sadly, circumstances change and we lost touch. My prayers for his family as you cope with your loss. He truly was a good guy.

Chelmo, Don S. Age 65 of Crystal passed away surrounded by family July 22, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Sid and Pearl Chelmo. Don worked as a Branch Manager for Toro and retired an Irrigation Specialist for John Deere. Don was a loving father, brother and friend. His sense of humor, love for baking and supportive nature will never be forgotten by those that knew him. Survived by son, Clayton (Bryna); Logan Chelmo (grandson); daughter, Lindsay; Aubrey Williams (granddaughter); Becky Chelmo; siblings, Linda Moffitt (Mike), David Chelmo (Joan), Rachelle Soukup, Kay Ann Milinkovich (Don), Richard Chelmo (Joyce), Stacy Kiihn (Russ), Jason Chelmo (Sheri). Memorial service Sunday, August 4th (2pm) at Gearty-Delmore, 3888 W. Broadway Ave, Robbinsdale, MN 55422 with celebration of life gathering/appetizers to follow at Big Louie's (Crystal). Visitation 1 hour prior to service. Memorials preferred to the Arnold S. Leonard Cancer Research Fund (www.aslcancerfund.org/donations).
