Dear Russells, we just heard and are just heartbroken...Devastated! We remember Don as one of the best neighbors back on Mohawk. We raised our daughters together! Donnie played JV football for me at Pontiac Central High School in the 1960's. He was also a student in my English class. Donnie was a competitor on the highest level who gave his all on the field and in the classroom. He was "one of those kids" that a teacher....just.....never forgets. In recent years, I discovered that he knew and worked with my oldest son who is a canine officer with Oakland County. I always enjoyed Donnie's "hellos" coming via my Mike. We have "lost" a really good...
