Donald C. Tinker, Jr., 89, attorney, died Sunday, January 29, 2017. Funeral Mass, 10 a.m., Friday, February 3, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Don served as a Naval Intelligence Officer during the Korean War. He was a lifetime member of the Wichita Bar Association and a member of Phi Delta Phi Fraternity at the University of Kansas. Preceded in death by parents, Mildred and Donald Chalmers Tinker, Sr. Survivors: wife, Judith; children, Susan Brack of Newton, Robert (Rebecca Moore) Tinker of Wichita, Cynthia Ward of Wichita, Sally Murphy of Belleville, IL, Camara (Robert) Campbell of Wichita; sister, Virginia Frame of Wichita; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; nephews, Donald Frame of Conroe, TX, Kent Frame of Wichita.
