Not sure what to say?

Diana, Bonnie and Matt, I am so sorry for your loss. I have so many memories of our time on Bassett Rd. Don delivering Nightside, saving my pony Prince when he had Colic, his awesome green 1970's Bronco, all the care he took of our horses and other animals, his old clinic in Ellisville and when you gave us our Norwegian Elkhound Jeni for Christmas. So many wonderful lifelong memories growing up spending time at your house and at the barn. May he rest in peace and your memories bring you...

Our condolences to Diana, Bonnie, Matt, and other family members on the loss of Don. What a wonderful and caring person he was! Every encounter with Don was part entertainment, part education, and always memorable. Don brought so much joy and empathy to all of God's creatures. We feel blessed to have known Don and will treasure our fond memories of our times together.

Diana, Bonnie, and Matt, I’m so sorry for your loss. Don was wonderful person who contributed a lot of amazing things to the world in so many ways, some of them obvious and easily seen and others in more subtle but meaningful ways. I worked at Homestead for a few years in the early 90s before I got into vet school and, looking back, I think that a lot of my own success comes from watching Don take care of his clients and patients, observing his compassion, and seeing how he was constantly...

To the family, my deepest sympathies. Don vetted our horses for many years. Both had laminitis. He was a great friend and helped me countless times over the 25+ years. He always had a smile and words of wisdom. Thank you and may you rest in Jesus hands now!

Dr. Walsh volunteering at the 2025 Missouri State Fair. He loved talking to the kids who asked about his "horse leg" he brought for demonstrations. He was so kind and patient. You could tell how much he loved what he did.

Dr. Walsh would volunteer his time at the Missouri State Fair through the years. He loved teaching and talking to others about animals. Such a kind, patient, gentle man. We will miss him at the MVMA.

Don & Diana treated me as if they knew me forever. They accepted me into their home as if I were a family member. The last time I saw them was when my cousin and I camped out on their property over night. My first time experiencing staying outside in a tent surrounded by nothing but the creation of GOD. I’ll never forget that experience, and I’ll never forget Don & Diana.

I have so many memories and stories. I often think of Don as I pretend to be a veterinarian when I should call a professional like Dr. Walsh. My condolences to all the family and his cherished friends who love him.

Don was a fine man and good friend to both of us. Mike enjoyed working for him; he and Diana treated us both like family. His kind spirit and true love for people and animals will be greatly missed. Our condolences to Diana, Bonnie, Matt and their families.

You have meant a lot to many people. Quite kind to people and their array of critters. Your heart and gentleness was appreciated by all and you are very missed. Rest well Don!
