Doneen was a wonderful neighbor and friend. She worked with my son and daughter-in-law at Friendly Village (Horizons) all part of Peterson Health Care. She also worked at Crescent School. She loved little kids and loved watching our neighborhood children grow up. She had a great sense of humor and was a compasionate caring person. She will be missed.

Doneen Marie Goulee
April 14, 1947 ~ October 28, 2025
Age ~ 78
Doneen Marie Goulee, 78, and a lifelong resident of Rhinelander, passed away on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital, after a brief illness.
She was born and raised in Rhinelander and was a proud graduate of Rhinelander High School, class of 1965. Doneen was the daughter of the late Mary and James Goulee.
Doneen is survived by numerous cousins, friends, and extended family members who will cherish her memory. The family extends heartfelt gratitude to Paula Oldenburg for the compassion and kindness she showed to Doneen.
Doneen will be remembered for her kind heart, quick wit, and lifelong love for her hometown.
