Jim, I want everyone to know that you and Donna were a perfect match which was a delight to see. You loved to do so many of same things and seemed to live such a full life together, leaving you with so many sweet memories to get you through this tremendous loss of your life partner. Aunt Donna, I have so many wonderful memories of you from my childhood to now. I'll never forget you in the farm house with all your coupons and the cherry pies that I thought were home made, till you told me last year that they really weren't. You were a strong women, and a big inspiration to us all. I will miss you very much.

Remembering the early days of fun and laughter with a terrific group of people. Love and prayers to the family.

Donna Jean Padgett (Nee; Forman) Born September 30, 1947 in Goshen, Ohio, Entered into rest on February 26, 2016 in West Chester, Ohio.  Donna was the beloved daughter of the late Clarence and Imogene Forman, loving and devoted wife of James Padgett, cherished mother of Tony (Sayuri) Padgett, Troy Padgett, Terry (Jen) Padgett, Tracy Padgett, and the late baby Padgetts, sister of Barbara Howington, Bernice Partin, Cheryl Johnson, and Clarence (Bud) Forman, dear grandmother of Travis, Alexis, Truman, Lindsey, John, Brittany, and great-grandmother of Liam and Lily, and dear aunt to many nieces and nephews.  Donna enjoyed to travel, finding Ireland to be her favorite destination, enjoyed the casino and going to see Elvis Impersonators.  Donna was also an expert couponer, loved the color green, and most of all loved being there for her family, and being a mother. Family of Donna will be receiving friends for a visitation at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-Mason (400 Reading Road, Mason, OH 45040) on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM with a funeral ceremony to follow at Shorten and Ryan Funeral Home-Mason on Thursday, March 3, 2016 from 10:30AM - 11:30 AM.  A celebration of life ceremony in honor of Donna will take place March 3, 2016 at Kingsgate Clubhouse (7473 Kingsgate Way, West Chester, Ohio, 45069) from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Donna to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or to Joseph's Legacy.  The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society - https://donate.lls.org/lls/donate Joseph's Legacy - P.O Box 3, Middletown, OH 45042http://www.josephslegacyrescue.org/
