Not sure what to say?

Dear Lance & Lisa, so sorry to hear about the lose of your mother. I have memories of your Dad and her and also of both of you. You were very young and lived in Sioux Falls. We would see you on occasion and your family visited us in Mo. I am your Dad's cousin. Cherish all your memories! My sincere sympathy. God bless you all during this sad time.

Donna's Obituary

Donna Lee Weber 1942-2025

We celebrate the life of Donna Lee Weber (Mudder) 83, of Phoenix, AZ,  who passed away peacefully October 16, 2025, to be in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She was born August 13,1942, in Avon, S.D.

In her lifetime, Donna was devoted to her family, faith and friendships. She was married to Fred Weber on November 17, 1979, and they enjoyed most of their married life of 46 years living the Phoenix area.  They were both active members of Arizona Community Church.

Donna had two children from a previous marriage, Lance and Lisa. Her love for her kids was evident to all. Her daughter and son-in-law previously lived away but have since relocated to the Phoenix area. They provided her three grandsons. Unashamedly, she cherished her three grandsons and was an exceptional "Nana D" to them throughout the years. She was there at all their births and devoted herself to loving them into adulthood. Donna was the most genuine and generous person around. What little she had she gave.

Donna was a dedicated and beloved school teacher for the Mesa School District for many years. Her passion was in teaching and molding young lives to be successful. She did it masterfully. Additionally, Donna was involved in her church, assisting with women's ministry teaching, and mentoring younger women. Her enthusiasm, vibrancy and positive outlook on life was infectious and will be missed by so many. She touched countless lives forever!

Her lasting legacy is her faith in Jesus Christ and sharing that faith with her family and friends. She was known for her devotion to God and lived an exemplary life. Donna had many friends throughout her life who were blessed by her friendship. She brought light, love and happiness to all who knew her. Her favorite flower was the sunflower which aptly fit her personality.

Donna is survived by her loving husband, Alfred Fred Weber; her children from a previous marriage, Lance Witt and Lisa Tarno (Jason); her grandsons, Jon Tarno (Lindsey), Bryce Tarno (Megan) and Ethan Tarno; her siblings, Gary Mudder (Jane), Janice Lyso, Gale Mudder, and Debbie Trotchie; her four nieces, five nephews and four great nieces and two great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Steve and Hulda Mudder, and sister Charlene Mudder.

A memorial service will be held on December 30 at 11:00 am at Arizona Community Church to accommodate travel of family members to be in attendance.
