Heartfelt condolences family

Donnie Hoover has always been a loving , caring individual. He found the good in almost everyone. During our law school days he was always calm and he would remind me of what’s real and what was worth getting worked up about, and what to let go. Thank goodness we were lucky enough to have had him in our life. Rest in peace Donnie, you will be sorely missed.

I didn’t know Judge Hoover, but I did know Donnie since the late 50’s.
My mom did his mom’s hair. Then we met again in middle school. He was a good friend. We double dat d for the Junior Senior Prom. During Algebra and Geometry tests, he let me cheat off his paper.
Josephine is my friend also. My heart is truly broken. I will keep Josephine in my prayers and may God rest the soul of Donnie Hoover

My memories of my cousin always bring me joy. He was a loving and wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always.

Donnie Hoover was very friendly and smart in school. He was kind of quiet but he always had a smile for everyone. I remember him at Plato Price High School, he graduated from West Charlottes but he was a product of Plato Price. He was the upperclassman to me but he did not make you feel that way. The last time I saw him was at the Plato Price dinner and dance. Him and his wife both attended and we sat at the same table. I am glad my last memory of him was laughter and talking about old...
