Dorean Peters

I’m gonna miss my grandma really bad because she was the light of the family and the light of my mom that help my mom bring me up. I’m gonna miss her and I’ll take care of her now that she’s gone. My heart is ripped apart.

I was glad that Dorean was a house wife because she was able to babysit my daughter Monica while I had to work and Monica was able to be with family and not a stranger. I have happy memories of Dorean.

Dorean and Terry were one my parents (Leonard & Helen Walther) best friends for over 60 years. They used to see each other fairly often. They had a large family, as we did, and it was always fun when we got together growing up. They stayed in touch over the years and when my parents were elderly, and their health declined, they visited them often. My parents enjoyed the visits so much as they could not drive then.
