Doris Naomi Gannon Bean

I met Ms. Bean in 1965 at Autmans. I was buying an engagement ring for the love of my life. Just came to Sewart Air Force Base. She was so good to help me. At the same time my good friend was also getting engaged and came to Ms. Bean. It will soon be 60 years we have been together. My friend the same. Over the years we always went back to Autmans. Ms. Bean has been a helper and friend all our married lives. A beautiful woman inside and out. She was a blessing to everyone.

Doris was perfect for operating a business. She always had a smile and kind greeting. I admired her especially for how she handled whatever life brought her.

TO the Family of Ms. Bean, it saddened to hear of Ms. Doris's passing. In the early 1980's Ms. Doris and Ms. Lacye was my go-to ladies for advice from wedding rings to Birthday and Christmas gifts. In later years Ms. Doris had that responsible all by herself and did a very good job of making our family happy! All though I meet Ms. Doris through business, she too became as one of the family.
