I haven't seen Penny in a few years, but I do remember good times from the horse-pulling days. Sympathy to her family

To Penny’s Family - Our sincere sympathy. We meet Penny through our Historical Society here in North Troy. Jerry and Penny always enjoyed our homemade spaghetti sauce. She was a wonderful lady. I always enjoyed visiting with her where ever we meet. John & Claudette Starr

Penny was a wonderful person to work with we work together for a very long time finding out that we were cousins I will miss her say Hello to Aunt Eunice for me my thoughts and prayers go out to her family

Penny was my neighbor in jay fora voile yrs and we became very good friends, she was a wonderful soul’ her drawings of the lord were spectacular! I would love to see her art again ! She will be missed!
