Not sure what to say?

We met Dottie and Frank in 1964 at Ft. McNair in DC, through Jack and Mary Ellen Leach. We met often for dinners and visited them when they moved to Picatinny Arsenal in NJ. The Army moved us both, and we were fortunate to end up in the same place several times; always a treat to keep in touch. Dottie was the "spark", always with questions, thoughts and new ideas to keep our conversations going. After Frank died we visited with her in 2006 at her new Senior Living Residence and she...

We met Dottie and Frank in 1971, when we moved to King’s Park West and subsequently joined St. Stephen’s UMC. That was the beginnings of a friendship that lasted until she drew her last breath. Our children are also friends, so the connection with the Thomas family continues. We went through all the happy times and the sad times together for over 50 yrs. It was with a heavy heart we said goodbye to Frank in 1996 and now to Dottie. We will meet again.

The Leach family loved Dottie like a second mother. She was a great friend to my family and my mother and father. Unable to attend the funeral because I am moving my parents (ages 93 and 95) up to northern Virginia and will be down there. Our prayers are with you all.
