Not sure what to say?

I grew up down the street from Bubba. Wonderful memories of our waterfront related activities and helping him care for the many pets he raised. He was a great childhood friend.

I’m so lost for words, You are definitely missed already I’m grateful to have knew you for the two close to three years I will miss you

I've known "Bubba" for as long as I can remember, my mom (Debbie Macklin Wright) graduated with him and my dad was one of his many friends! My mom always told the best stories about their group of friends and the mischief they made! He shared the same love of animals that my dad (Jackie Wright) has. Always so bubbly and cracking jokes! He will be missed by many, I am sorry to hear of his passing. Sending prayers to his family.

I remember David from Hampton High ♋
I graduated in the same class. David was a lot of fun and friendly. Thoughts and prayers for family and friends.

Hampton High School's Freddie the Crab remembers Bubba Scott

To the friends and family of Douglas "Bubba" Scott,

The Hampton High School Class of 1969 would like to express our sorrow at the death of one of our classmates, Bubba Scott. Once a Crabber, Always a Crabber.

Knew Bubba since kindergarten in Miss Trinkline’s class at Emmanuel Lutheran school. Lost touch after high school but were best friends during Jr. High years. Bubba raised a manager of ducks, pigeons, and rabbits in his backyard on Merrimack shores. We had great times playing on the waterfront at Merrimack Shores, building duck blinds, setting out fish nets and trapping muskrats in Hampton Creek. RIP old friend.

I have known Bubba for many years. I loved going to talk to Bubba when he was clearing his land. Always sitting there with the neighbor's dog. Bubba was always helping me out and I always returned the favor helping him with plumbing on his rental property. I really enjoyed it when Bubba stopped by my house and we would just sit in the garage talking. I will always remember him. I loved that man. The news just broke my heart.
